Struggling with postpartum mood issues? Anxiety? This non-pharma, herbal tea recipe can help! Plus, you can save money by making it in bulk. My daughter drinks this tea and swears by it, says it’s changed her life! This recipe makes enough to fill 2 quart jars.

Recipe:

2 oz Oatstraw: Calming and nourishing.

2 oz Rosehips: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

2 oz Nettles: High in iron and nutrients, supports lactation.

2 oz Chamomile: Soothing and promotes relaxation.

2 oz Red Raspberry Leaf: Supports reproductive health.

1/4 oz Moringa: High nutritional content, supports lactation.

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to glass jars.

Use 1 Tbs. of the mix per 2 cups of water.

Pour boiling water over the herbs.

Steep for 5 minutes.

Strain and let cool to warm.
