I've been designing Wedding Bouquets since I was 19. My favorite style is the Wildflower look. This one is made with silk poppies, white roses and dried grasses (that hold up well).

CHAMOMILE tea is actually pretty effective for insomnia and anxiety ! Just a cup of tea (always use organic) at bedtime can make a noticeable difference in helping you fall asleep.
It contains apigenin, a flavinoid that can bind to certain receptors in the brain which reduce anxiety.

Struggling with postpartum mood issues? Anxiety? This non-pharma, herbal tea recipe can help! Plus, you can save money by making it in bulk. My daughter drinks this tea and swears by it, says it’s changed her life! This recipe makes enough to fill 2 quart jars.

Recipe:

2 oz Oatstraw: Calming and nourishing.

2 oz Rosehips: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

2 oz Nettles: High in iron and nutrients, supports lactation.

2 oz Chamomile: Soothing and promotes relaxation.

2 oz Red Raspberry Leaf: Supports reproductive health.

1/4 oz Moringa: High nutritional content, supports lactation.

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to glass jars.

Use 1 Tbs. of the mix per 2 cups of water.

Pour boiling water over the herbs.

Steep for 5 minutes.

Strain and let cool to warm.

We were the same way when we first moved here! Flat landers who rarely hike want to come hiking in the hills and usually wind up with a bit of a shock 😲. I saw some tourists trying to hike the hardest peak (7miles) in flip flops and an 8 oz water bottle. Not happening. 😅🤣
